My stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Secondly, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a touch of historical charm. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Special mention to Gaia, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. Highly recommended!
No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was quite spacious and well cleaned. the bed was pretty comfortable as well. One thing we appreciated was the private outdoor seating area we got, which allowed us to enjoy the sunlight during Easter. the location was pretty good too, near some restaurants and shops, so it was easy to get food and souvenirs.
Two major things ruined our Easter at this hotel. First, the reception staff was not friendly at all.

The convenient location allowed me to easily explore the major cultural and historical sites, all within walking distance. The room, though simply furnished, was delightful and had all the necessary amenities, including air-conditioning. The staff were very helpful and professional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
Everything was good, but it would have been even better with two pillows each.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been more central, making it extremely convenient to explore all that the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air-conditioning, which was a great relief during the warmer days. Additionally, the breakfast spread was varied and satisfying, providing a good start to the day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything about it.

We love the location! the hotel is situated right in the center, in front of the Duke's palace, which provides a wonderful view. the facilities are modern and the rooms are clean and spacious. There's a private outside seating area to relax in.
The staff could have been more helpful and welcoming towards us.

The location was ideal, it was situated in the heart of the old town and was minutes away from the historical sites. Additionally, the hotel offered paid parking which made it easy to park the car without any worries. A kind touch was the farewell local specialty cookie which we enjoyed during our stay.
During our stay, we found that some doors were thin which meant that we could hear the neighbors in their room. Moreover, the rooms lacked a coffee/tea maker which would have been great for warming up during the chilly season. these were minor issues that didn't detract too much from our experience of staying in the hotel.

Nothing that we didn't like.
